This machine has been designed for making complex parts in only 1 machine in super aggressive cycle time, avoiding multiple operations cell. Automatizing a complex process flow, with many machines and operators involved in only on single and compact solution.

Piccola can produce from bar stock (up to 1.26") or coil or blank (casting or forging).

Piccola is a very precise and repeatable machine thanks to a temperature control system. Gnutti develops this system for keeping thermal stability of each machine element. Through open and closed circuits, all elements are maintained at a constant temperature. Thanks to this temperature adjustment, the entire machine maintains a stable temperature independently from heat caused by machining operations and external agents. The centralized heat exchanger makes it possible to regenerate this kind of energy.
