Antidumping Decision. The International Trade Commission has decided to impose an antidumping order against stainless bar products from France. Ugine Stainless & Alloys is disappointed in the commission's vote and decision to cumulate Ugine's products with other imports. Ugine says that the dumping duties will have no material impact on its U.S. distribution company or its customer base. The company maintains that it has distributed its products fairly in the United States and has not caused injury to the petitioning producers.
