Milltronics, a manufacturer of advanced CNC mills and lathes, announces the strategic expansion of its leadership team with the addition of four industry veterans: Ryan Delahanty, Don Hammer, Brian Starnes and Steve Schermann. According to the company, this investment in leadership reflects its commitment to driving innovation, enhancing customer satisfaction and accelerating the company’s growth trajectory.

Ryan Delahanty joins Milltronics as managing director. With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and CNC machining industry, Delahanty brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies. His leadership will expand Milltronics’ market presence and strengthening relationships with key customers.

Don Hammer has been appointed vice president. Hammer’s extensive background in mechanical and electrical engineering, coupled with his expertise in product development, will enhance Milltronics’ engineering capabilities. His innovative approach and commitment to quality will ensure that Milltronics continues to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of its customers.

Brian Starnes assumes the role of national sales manager. Brian started his 25-year career at Milltronics as a production floor electrical supervisor, progressed to control repairs and was promoted to service technician. Starnes’ industry acumen combined with the depth of his experience at Milltronics will be an asset in driving growth and moving the company to the next level.

Steve Schermann returns to Milltronics as applications manager. With almost three decades of experience as a machinist, with nearly 27 years at Milltronics as lead machinist, machine shop supervisor and applications engineer, Schermann’s robust knowledge and expertise is key to the brand’s future success.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ryan, Don, Brian and Steve to the Milltronics leadership team,” says Milltronics President and CEO Greg Volovic. “Each of these individuals brings a unique set of skills and a wealth of experience that will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and grow. This strategic investment in our leadership is a testament to our commitment to excellence and our vision for the future of Milltronics.”

The addition of these seasoned professionals comes at a time of significant momentum for Milltronics, the company says. It has settled into its new headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, and its proximity to parent company Hurco Companies Inc.’s headquarters will serve as a major asset as Milltronics is poised to expand its product offerings and market reach. With the new leadership team in place, Milltronics says it is well positioned to capitalize on new opportunities and drive sustained success.
