MTA Appoints New Vice President
Andrew Hodgson has been a member of the MTA board for many years and also chairs the association’s Technical Committee.
The Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) has announced that Andrew Hodgson, strategic lead – digitalization, at Siemens, has been appointed as vice president of the association.
Mr. Hodgson has been a member of the MTA board for many years and also chairs the association’s Technical Committee, which looks at activities in advanced manufacturing technologies, such as additive manufacturing, automation and industry standards.
Mr. Hodgson’s role incorporates Siemens’ activities in advanced manufacturing technologies. He also champions “intra-company business” enabling other Siemens divisions to maximize the opportunities presented in their digital journey.
