Rego-Fix Named One of Indiana’s Top Employers

Rego-Fix Tool Corp. has earned recognition on the 2020 Best Places to Work in Indiana list. An entrant in the small companies category, which covers businesses with 15 to 74 employees, Rego-Fix earned its place on the list for the first time in 2020.

William Obras, Rego-Fix general manager for the Americas, congratulated his colleagues and the entire Rego-Fix USA team on the award. “Our team is one of the best in the industry, and we’re proud to have been recognized by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. We look forward to continuing to provide fast, localized service and support across the continent and here for our neighbors in Indiana.”

Presented by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group for the last 15 years, the list involves a two-part survey taken by companies across the state. The initial survey evaluated each nominee’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, which makes up 25% of the total score. The second survey was administered to nominated companies’ employees, who provided information about their experiences that accounted for 75% of the total score. .
