Electrically Heated Oven Dries Small Parts
Grieve’s No. 861 is an electrically heated oven that dries small parts in a tray.
Grieve has released No. 861, a 250°F (121°C) electrically heated oven for drying small parts in a tray. Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements provide 3 kW of power, while a 300 cfm, 1/3 HP recirculating blower provides vertical airflow upward through tray to the workload.
The oven includes one stainless steel tray measuring 6" × 18" × 6" with a perforated bottom. The tray sets on a drip trap/air diffuser, which can be removed for cleaning. Additional features include 2" insulated walls and a Type 304, 2B-finish stainless steel interior.
The product’s controls include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors and a recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
