HR-530 Series Features Inside Ring Hardness Testers
Mitutoyo America Corp’s HR-530 series Rockwell Hardness Testers feature an electronic control giving it capabilities for Rockwell, Rockwell Superficial Rockwell testing of plastics (A & B) and Light Force Brinell hardness testing.
Mitutoyo America Corp.’s HR-530 series Rockwell Hardness Testers include the HR-530 with a maximum specimen size height of 250 mm and depth of 150 mm and the HR-530L with a maximum specimen size height of 395 mm and depth of 150 mm. The series features an electronic control giving it capabilities for Rockwell, Rockwell Superficial Rockwell testing of plastics (A & B) and Light Force Brinell hardness testing.
Features include an inside ring hardness testing on all models that tests hardness of an inside ring wall without cutting the ring. The minimum diameter is 34 mm, but inside diameters as small as 22 mm can be tested using the optional 5-mm diamond indenter. There’s also a display with color touchscreen that displays results of statistical calculations and graphic functions that can be stored as text data. The touch-panel display can be mounted on top of the tester.
