ProShop ERP Exhibits Digital Ecosystem for Streamlined Manufacturing Processes
IMTS 2024: ProShop ERP highlights its ProShop ERP digital ecosystem, a combination ERP/MES/QMS solution, designed to identify waste and ineffective procedures during manufacturing operations.
ProShop ERP exhibits the ProShop ERP digital ecosystem, a combination ERP/MES/QMS solution. Designed to integrate seamlessly with each other and other manufacturing software, this paperless digital operating platform (DOP) can link every job shop department from those estimating projects to shipping. Engineered for small- to medium-sized manufacturing companies, ProShop can replace up to five software programs, which is said to simplify project management from start to finish.
The company is also featuring its Customer Ambassador program, where customers demo the ProShop software for interested booth visitors. Additionally, President and co-founder Paul Van Metre is sharing his insights as a panelist on the “Empowering Talent: New Approaches to Job Roles in Manufacturing” panel during the Manufacturing Ally Rally in the IMTS Student Summit on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, 11:00-12:00 P.M. CST.
Customized ERP modules are designed to help get jobs off to a cohesive start. The integrated MES system can pick things up by tracking time, tooling, fixtures, work cells, personnel, part programming information and more in real-time. The QMS function features numerous modules that grab data from the ERP/MES systems and create reports reflecting preventative and corrective actions, as well as generate audits for quality reporting. ProShop’s 25+ dashboards can provide shops with a view of the entire operation, identifying waste and ineffective procedures in one smart digital ecosystem. According to the company, customers report setup reductions of up to 50% and total labor savings of 25% or more. This can result in leaner production with the same number of employees.
“The ProShop ERP/MES/QMS digital ecosystem helps shops grow their operation while remaining profitable,” says Van Metre. “It’s unnecessary to add more machines and more workers when beginning the expansion process when you have one smart paperless system that captures all of the details of your manufacturing processes, creating a big picture snapshot of the operation illustrating the good and the bad, and creating an environment for improvement and growth without impulsive spending.”
