For any PMTS 2019 attendees who are looking for new Swiss machining, single- or multi-spindle screw machining, CNC lathe turning or milling, Absolute Machine Tools (booth 3050) has the necessary platforms to get a production turning job done with the latest technology.

“While most booths feature sliding headstock, fixed headstock or some specific technology, we have multiple platforms in order to create custom engineered solutions to our customer’s manufacturing challenges,” says Courtney Ortner, chief marketing officer, Absolute Machine Tools. “We have solutions for turning challenges from high volume, low mix to low volume, high mix. We provide cost-effective, custom engineered solutions to the precision turning industry.”

Most of the company’s machines in its booth will be cutting metal at the show. Ms. Ortner believes that if the attendees spend the time and effort to get to the show, they want to see metal being cut.

Attendees will see the 11-axis multi-slide CNC screw machine, the LNT-42-S4 on display in the booth, as well as the Nexturn SA-32PYII Swiss lathe and the Quicktech i-42 Robo five-axis mill/turn center with an integrated six-axis Mitsubishi robot arm to satisfy those looking at various automation options..

The company also offers an in-booth demo on April 3 at 10:30 a.m., called ““When Swiss isn’t the Answer: Game-Changing Turning Platforms.” Learn more here.
