A Graymills immersion parts washer will be featured on "How it's Made."

Graymills Corp., a Chicago-based manufacturer of pumps and parts washers, will be featured in the highly acclaimed Science Channel series, “How it’s Made.” The episode, to be broadcast on June 11th at 9 p.m. EST, demonstrates the production of an immersion parts washer.  This machine was designed, engineered and produced at Graymills’ factory in Chicago.

Viewers are taken through the steps of manufacturing this large unit, including laser cutting, metal folding, MIG welding, and powder coating to the final assembly of the washer before shipment.  Ultimately, this unit will end up on the production floor of a large industrial manufacturing plant.
