DMG MORI Event Showcases Machining Transformation

DMG MORI USA is showcasing new technologies coming to the United States for the first time at its  Chicago Innovation Days 2024 event in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, which takes place September 8-12, 2024. The Machining Transformation (MX) framework is the company’s key focus, which encompasses process integration, automation, digital transformation and green transformation.

DMG MORI USA is showcasing its latest advancements at its Chicago Solutions Center, a 21,000-square-foot showroom. With a focus on MX, the exhibition will feature over 25 high-tech machines and automation solutions, catering to sectors such as semiconductor, aerospace and medical. Notable highlights include the premiere of four new machines, including the INH 63, the DMU 40, the DMU 75 MonoBlock 2^nd Generation and the NZ DUE Formula.

Visitors can experience a variety of technologies showcasing process integration, including five-axis milling, turn-mill, grinding, horizontal precision boring, additive manufacturing technologies, as well as various automation solutions.

Several DMQP (DMG MORI Qualified Products) partners are participating in the event, displaying peripherals that can assist manufacturing processes. As a total solutions provider, DMG MORI assists customers at every stage of the manufacturing process.
