ECI Acquires ProfitKey International
The strategic acquisition will enhance ECI’s manufacturing software portfolio with an ERP platform.
ECI Software Solutions has acquired ProfitKey International LLC, an ERP platform for discrete manufacturers. The strategic acquisition is said to enhance ECI’s manufacturing software portfolio and solidify its commitment to supporting businesses within the industry.
ECI Software Solutions provides industry-specific software solutions designed to help small- to medium-sized businesses worldwide manage their operations efficiently and grow profitably.
ProfitKey’s team will be joining ECI’s Manufacturing division, the company’s largest business unit. The software, support and processes will remain the same to ensure a smooth transition.
