Mastercam to Acquire Cimquest

Sandvik has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Cimquest, which will be part of Mastercam. Cimquest is a Mastercam reseller located in New Jersey.
The acquisition adds Cimquest’s talent, technology and diversity to Mastercam’s ecosystem of solutions. Cimquest’s solutions and support will continue to be available. With the addition of Cimquest, Mastercam says it continues to ensure its solutions remain connected to its customer base.
Mastercam Chief Market Officer Sandy Moffat says, “This signing of agreement to acquire Cimquest ensures Mastercam’s ecosystem of solutions remains connected to our customer base for years to come.”
Rob Hassold, owner of Cimquest, adds, “We are very excited to sign this agreement of acquisition with Mastercam and Sandvik. Joining the Mastercam team will enable us to continue to focus on what we do best: serve our customers.”
Mastercam says it has no plans to change relationships with any external vendors, customers or resellers as a result of this acquisition.
