Cutting Fluid Tailored for Demanding, Multimetal Operations
Master Fluid Solutions’ Trim E715 cutting fluid is formulated for demanding, multimetal operations to provide superior lubricity and corrosion protection with low residue.
Master Fluid Solutions’ Trim E715 is a versatile emulsion specially formulated for demanding, multimetal operations to provide superior lubricity and corrosion protection with low residue for all manufacturers.
It is a high-quality, universal, soluble oil which requires minimal maintenance in even the most demanding fluid management systems. It offers broad application in machining and grinding on a wide range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the medium to high duty machining and grinding jobs very well. The stable and predictable performance of Trim enables consistent machining to deliver high-quality parts.
“Trim E715 has been a bestseller in Europe and makes the perfect addition to our U.S. catalog,” says Justin Geach, global OEM/MTB and NA NBD Manager. “E715 is one of our most versatile emulsions, compatible with cast iron, yellow metal and copper, as well as more advanced materials like Inconel, steel alloys and other exotic alloys.”
It is said the cutting fluid provides long operational life and consistent, high-quality surface finishes with improved tool life. It is hard water stable and rejects tramp oil for easy removal. It is also resistant to fungus and bacteria, free of chlorine or sulfurized additives, making it easy to maintain.
E715 is designed for easy disposal without the need for any special handling, and the low-maintenance requirements enable operators to run the fluid for long periods without any additives. Especially prized for its ease of management, E715 helped a UK-based aerospace manufacturer completely resolve its bacteria and sump life issues.
Master Fluid Solutions says it works closely with the worldwide metalworking community as it develops and markets a full line of environmentally sound, extremely durable, and stable cutting and grinding fluids, straight oils, parts cleaners, pipe and tube expansion, forming, and corrosion control fluids.
