Crest Ultrasonics’ digital modular series precision cleaning system combines design and process flexibility for wet process and drying protocols. The system offers an expandable modular design that enables changes in wet process and design protocols—with or without automation. Plug-and-play options include filtration, frequencies, automatic fill/drain, conductivity and more. Modules for passivation and vacuum drying are also available.
The two standard sizes available for delivery include 12"×18" with 40kHz/1000W of ultrasonic power or 18"×26" with 132kHz/2000W of ultrasonic power. Additional frequencies are also available.
