Standard configurations to fit different chuck manufacturers, sizes of hard or soft top jaws, and full grip (pie) jaws are available. The jaws are available in 1018, 1045, 4140, 8620, A-2 and 6061 aluminum as well as stainless steel.
Jaws with extra height or width can be manufactured to customer specification using a fill-in-the-blank quote format. The company’s standard and custom chuck jaws, collet pads and jaws are especially useful for high-speed machining, as well as precision boring, tapping, drilling and finishing, according to the company.
