Eural USA Inc. showcases its cold-finished and drawn aluminum alloy bars, which include the 6026LF, 2033 and 2077. The products were developed in compliance with international directives such as RoHS, REACH, ELV and the latest CLP standards.

The 6026LF lead-free aluminum alloy stands provides optimal chip forming, corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties (Rm ≥ 54 ksi). It is well suited for a range of applications, including hot forging, and serves as a versatile alternative to traditional alloys and brass.

The 2033 lead-free aluminum alloy provide optimized machinability, boasting thin chip forming and excellent surface finishing after turning. With enhanced anodizing and weldability, it is said to surpass traditional alloy standards and serve as a sustainable solution for diverse industrial needs.

Additionally, the 2077 lead-free aluminum alloy is a free-cutting aluminum alloy, featuring optimized mechanical properties (Rm ≥ 70 ksi) and high fatigue strength. Its machining capabilities and compatibility with high-speed lathes provide productivity and precision.
