The Marubeni Citizen-Cincom Miyano ANX-42SYY fixed headstock-type CNC automatic lathe is equipped with the low frequency vibration (LVF) technology option for reduced chip entanglements. The LVF technology is now available as an option on the Miyano ANX model.
Machine operating convenience has been improved, including compatibility of operations that assures ease-of-use even for users of the Cincom brand in addition to those of the Miyano brand. The Miyano ANX is equipped with a 15" touchscreen operation panel and features the human machine interface (HMI). The ANX is configured with two spindles, twin turrets and a double Y axis.
The spindles have built-in motors, which shortens acceleration/deceleration times as well as an improved response time. The ANX also features super imposition machining. Where the commands that move the back spindle in the X and Z directions are overlapped on the turret axis movement, which enables simultaneous machining by the font and back spindle with a single turret to achieve substantial reductions in cycle time.
