This demonstration of a Citizen Miyano ANX-42SYY twin-turret, twin-spindle CNC lathe from PMTS 2023 shows the machining of an imagined “firearm component.” The part is machined from 303 stainless and showcases the machine’s pinch milling and super imposition ability. This machine model available from Marubeni Citizen-Cincom features roller linear ways to accommodate low-frequency vibration technology to minimize chip size/help ensure effective chip breakage.
