Starrett’s 781BXT AccuBore electronic bore gages are a trigger-operated gaging system, and Bluetooth wireless technology in the bore gage enables measurement data acquisition capabilities without the encumbrances and limitations of cables.
The L.S. Starrett Co.’s 781BXT AccuBore bluetooth-enabled electronic digital bore gages have a range of accuracy and convenience features for increasing measurement throughput when inspecting internal hole dimensions. The bore gages are a trigger-operated gaging system, and Bluetooth wireless technology in the bore gage enables measurement data acquisition capabilities without the encumbrances and limitations of cables. Wireless technology also provides a platform for manufacturers bracing to meet the big data requirements of Industry 4.0.
The bore gage features enhanced wear life due to carbide-faced measuring contacts that are available on sizes above ½” (12.5 mm), resolution of 0.00005” (0.001 mm), and accuracy of up to 0.00015” (0.004 mm). Gages also feature push button inch/metric conversion.
