Big Kaiser’s Base Master Red is a high-precision touch sensor that can be used with machines and materials, including non-conductive cutting tools, workpieces and machine tools.
Big Kaiser’s Base Master Red is a high-precision touch sensor that can determine workpiece offsets and tool lengths. Part of the Base Master family, the touch sensor can be used with machines and materials, including non-conductive cutting tools, workpieces and machine tools. It allows the operator to touch off a tool with reduced risk of damage or breakage.
Additionally, since the body set and measuring sensor are independent of each other, maintenance is only comprised of replacing the measuring sensor. This allows users to avoid repair costs and delivery times.
The sensor has a tight repeatability of ± 0.001 mm. For flexibility in real-world conditions, it has a solid magnetic base that mounts vertically, horizontally or at any angle.
