Mitutoyo Measurement System Provides High Throughput
Mitutoyo’s QV Vision Pro series features the StrobeSnap vision measuring function to increase runtime.
Mitutoyo America Corporation has announced new enhancements to its Vision Pro vision measurement system line.
Mitutoyo’s QV Vision Pro series features the StrobeSnap vision measuring function, which reportedly speeds up quality runtime compared to similar machines by approximately 35 to 45%, regardless of measurement position or continuity, while achieving higher throughput and high-precision measurements. Additionally, autofocus on the QV Pro Series is said to be 39% faster than previous models, without loss of accuracy for measurement.
Additionally, Mitutoyo is offering an opportunity to its customers to purchase the newest vision measuring machines to update their shop floors. The Mitutoyo Vision Trade-In Trade-Up Program is an opportunity to upgrade to new technologically advanced Mitutoyo precision measuring equipment. Mitutoyo will give a trade-in allowance for the shop’s current vision measuring machine (Mitutoyo or other brands) to put toward a new Mitutoyo precision measurement system. Mitutoyo will remove, ship and recycle the existing machine at no charge, if it is located at the same site where the new machine will be installed.
